目的研究海滩牵牛有效部位(EFIS)的免疫调节和抗氧化活性。方法提取海滩牵牛有效部位(EFIS),选取雄性昆明小鼠,随机分组,分别喂服不同剂量的EFIS5d后,测定廓清指数K值。另外连续喂服EFIS25d,各组小鼠断头取血,测定小鼠血液过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、谷胱甘肽氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、红细胞丙二醛(MDA)以及血清总SOD活性。结果 100、300mg/kgEFIS可降低廓清指数κ,使小鼠血红悦蛋白中CAT活性和全血GSH-Px活性及血清总SOD活性均有显著的提高,而能显著地下降小鼠红细胞MDA值。结论中、低剂量的EFIS对小鼠非特异性免疫功能有较强的抑制作用,提高血中CAT和GSH-Px活性,发挥抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the immunomodulatory and anti-oxidative activity of EFIS in the beach. Methods EFIS was extracted from the beach and male Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into groups and fed with different doses of EFIS for 5 days respectively. In addition, EFIS25d was given to the mice continuously. The mice were decapitated and the blood CAT activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA) and serum Total SOD activity. Results 100,300 mg / kg EFIS could reduce the clearance index κ. The CAT activity, the activity of GSH-Px and the activity of total SOD in blood erythrocyte were significantly decreased, while the MDA value of mouse erythrocytes was significantly decreased. Conclusions Both medium and low doses of EFIS have a strong inhibitory effect on non-specific immune function in mice, increasing the activities of CAT and GSH-Px in blood and exerting the antioxidant capacity.
