2 0 0 3年 10月进行试验。试验池为 136m2 圆形长吻鱼危养殖池一个 ,4 4m2 圆形异育银鲫养殖池一个 ,试验期间按设计要求加入生物水净化剂 ,2 4h采集水样一次 ,历时 7d。测定项目包括水温、透明度、pH值、电导率、总硬度、溶解氧、氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、总磷、正磷酸盐、化学耗氧量等。结果显示 :异育银鲫池和长吻鱼危养殖池的透明度升高了 10 .2 %和 9.4 % ,氨氮下降了 2 4 .5 %和 34.1% ,硝酸盐氮下降了33.8%和 2 0 .4 % ,正磷酸盐下降了 5 0 .0 %和 35 .0 % ,化学耗氧量下降了 36 .3%和 2 8.6 %。
In October 2003 for testing. The test pond was a round fish tank with a length of 136m2, one of 4 4m2 round allogamous crucian carp ponds. The biological water purification agent was added according to the design requirements during the test period, and the water samples were collected once every 24 hours and lasted for 7 days. Measurement items include water temperature, transparency, pH, conductivity, total hardness, dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, total phosphorus, orthophosphate, chemical oxygen demand and so on. The results showed that the transparency of crucian carp and crucian carp increased by 10.2% and 9.4%, ammonia nitrogen decreased by 24.5% and 34.1%, nitrate nitrogen decreased by 33.8% and 20% respectively .4%, orthophosphate decreased by 50.0% and 35.0%, chemical oxygen demand decreased by 36.3% and 22.6%.
