发展职业教育是推进教育改革的应有之义,关系到我国的经济社会发展、国家创新体系建设及社会和谐稳定。欧洲的职业教育历史悠久,英、法、德三国的职业教育各有特点。以工读交替为特征的英国职业教育、政府企业良性互动的法国职业教育以及以“双元制”为特征的德国职业教育对我国发展职业教育不无借鉴之处。
The development of vocational education is the proper meaning of promoting education reform, which is related to China’s economic and social development, the construction of a national innovation system and social harmony and stability. Vocational education in Europe has a long history, and English, French and German vocational education have their own characteristics. The vocational education in Britain which is characterized by the alternation of work-study, the French vocational education which is benign and interacted by government enterprises, and the German vocational education characterized by “dual system ” have no reference to the development of vocational education in our country.
