本文运用沿海10个省份2005至2014年工业产业面板数据构建联立方程模型,对于产业集聚、土地价格、全要素生产率之间的作用机理进行了研究。文章先是由新经济地理模型引入,对于这三者之间进行了理论分析,然后加入了实证检验。结果发现,我国沿海诸省产业集聚对于土地价格具有正向影响;相反,以土地价格为自变量,产业集聚为因变量来看,前者对后者的影响力有限;而沿海10省的工业产业集聚拥挤效应已经开始逐步显现,产业集聚对全要素生产率产生了阻碍作用;与之相反,土地价格对于全要素生产率影响则不显著。鉴于此,文章从两个方面提出了政策建议。政府必须加快土地确权和交易市场化,同时各省份应合理布局工业产业,加快产业结构转型和升级。
In this paper, a simultaneous equation model is constructed by using panel data of industrial industries from 10 provinces in the coastal area from 2005 to 2014, and the mechanism of interaction between industrial agglomeration, land price and total factor productivity is studied. The article first introduced by the new economic geography model, conducted a theoretical analysis of the three, and then joined the empirical test. The results show that the industrial agglomeration in the coastal provinces of our country has a positive impact on the land price. On the contrary, taking the land price as the independent variable and the industrial agglomeration as the dependent variable, the former has limited influence on the latter; while the industrial industries in the 10 coastal provinces The effect of agglomeration and crowding has begun to gradually appear, and industrial agglomeration has hindered the development of total factor productivity. On the contrary, the effect of land prices on total factor productivity is insignificant. In view of this, the article put forward policy suggestions from two aspects. The government must speed up the marketability of land ownership and trade, meanwhile all provinces should rationally lay industrial industries and speed up the restructuring and upgrading of the industrial structure.
