多层钢筋混凝土框架中竖向钢筋的连接,习惯采用搭接绑扎或手工电弧焊方法,这些方法不仅钢筋接头受力性能差,而且工效低,材料消耗大。近年来,国内外出现了一些新的竖向钢筋的连接方法,如日本采用气压焊;美国采用铝热焊;我国于1978年由陕西省建筑科学研究所进行了自动电渣压力焊的工艺试验,1980年开始分别在西安、北京等地区进行工程试点,取得了较好效果。 1981年,黑龙江省低温建筑研究所对钢筋负温自动电渣压力焊工艺进行了试验研究,为在三北地区推广电渣压力焊工艺,提出
The connection of vertical steel bars in a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame is customary to use lap-strap or manual arc welding methods. These methods not only have poor force performance, but also have low work efficiency and material consumption. In recent years, there have been some new methods of connection of vertical reinforcements at home and abroad, such as the use of gas pressure welding in Japan; the use of aluminum heat welding in the United States; and the automatic electroslag pressure welding process test conducted by the Shaanxi Institute of Building Science in China in 1978. In 1980, it began to carry out pilot projects in Xi’an and Beijing respectively, and achieved good results. In 1981, the Institute of Low-temperature Construction of Heilongjiang Province conducted a pilot study on the automatic negative pressure steel electroslag pressure welding process and proposed the promotion of the electroslag pressure welding process in the Three North region.
