生长在不同地区的番石榴的营养成分和近似组成如附表(略)。虽然番石榴富含维生素C,但因地理位置、栽培技术、季节和品种的不同而异,据报导其变化范围为10—979mg/100mg,果皮和果肉外部含量最多。完全长成的熟果含量最高,而果后熟时又开始迅速下降(El-Zork-ani 1968,Agnihotri等人1962)。
