对象 SD大鼠44只,其中雄鼠14只,雌鼠30只。分为雄、雌、去卵巢雌鼠(OVX)三组。14只雌鼠接受经背部肋弓下切口的双侧卵巢摘除术,康复2周制备成OVX鼠。 方法 水合氯醛(500mg/kg)腹腔注射麻醉动物,按Pxinos等鼠脑定向图谱,将刺激电极和碳纤维工作电极分别置入前脑内侧束(MFB)和纹状体(Str),或腹侧背盖区(VTA)和杏体核(Amy)。给予MFB2.0~2.5mA、200~250次脉冲(P),125Hz,0.2ms波宽的方波直流电刺激,诱发Str的最大多巴胺(DA)释放量;电刺激VTA诱发Amy最大DA释放的刺激参数为1.0mA、20p、60~80Hz、350μs。用快速周期伏安法(FCV)和碳纤维工作电极检测Str或Amy的DA释放量。当在两脑
Forty-four SD rats, including 14 males and 30 females. Divided into male, female and ovariectomized female rats (OVX) three groups.
