加强对外墙防渗漏施工质量的控制,是施工人员在建筑外墙进行施工的过程中一定需要加以重视的必要环节。通过对外墙防渗漏施工技术的合理使用,在建筑施工成本的合理控制的前提下,使用新型施工材料,进而使建筑外墙具有的防渗漏性能得到保障。本文将会以建筑外墙渗漏的部位和原因的探究作为出发点,并进一步对建筑外墙防渗漏施工技术的应用与对策进行探讨。
