本文以江苏省徐州市丰县作为研究对象,通过对丰县的返乡农民工的创业情况以及创业市场进行分析,得出如下结论:返乡农民工创业已形成一定的规模,具有一定的模式;在返乡农民工创业过程中依然面临资金、技术、人才、市场等瓶颈的困扰;政府的创业扶持政策能为返乡农民工创业带来有效帮助,但这并返乡农民工创业成长需要培育自己的核心竞争力;现有返乡农民工的创业模式是否能可持续发展,未来发展前景仍需各方关注。
This article takes Feng County of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province as the research object. Through the analysis of the entrepreneurship situation and the entrepreneurial market of returning rural migrant workers in Feng County, the author draws the following conclusions: Returning migrant workers have formed a certain scale of business and have certain patterns; In the process of entrepreneurship, migrant workers returning to their hometowns are still faced with bottlenecks such as capital, technology, talents, and markets; the government’s entrepreneurial support policies can effectively help returning migrant workers to start businesses. However, returning home to migrant workers needs to nurture their own entrepreneurial growth. The core competitiveness; whether the current entrepreneurial model of returning migrant workers can be sustainable development, the future development prospects still need attention of all parties.
