福建顺昌水泥厂积极推广散装水泥,认真落实全国散装水泥会议精神,努力适应市场竞争的需要,扭转福建散装水泥几乎处于空白的局面。该厂投资230万元,进行散装水泥的技术改造。目前该项目已全面动工,新购置的30节 U60W 型火车散装水泥罐已进厂。该技改项目总投资由建行贷款,将现有两个φ12×29.3米的石灰石外运库改造为散装水泥库,预计于今年九月底完工,年内将提供国家重点工程水口水电站施工用散装水泥7万吨。该项目竣工后,每年可发运散装水泥20万吨,节约包装费用约300万元。
Fujian Shunchang Cement Factory actively promoted bulk cement, earnestly implemented the spirit of the National Bulk Cement Conference, tried to adapt to the needs of market competition, and reversed the situation that Fujian’s bulk cement was almost blank. The plant invested 2.3 million yuan to carry out technological transformation of bulk cement. At present, the project has been fully started, and the newly purchased 30-section U60W bulk cement tanker has already entered the factory. The total investment in this technical transformation project is from the CCB loan, and the existing two φ12×29.3 m limestone outbound storage will be converted to bulk cement storage. It is expected to be completed by the end of September this year. The national key project Shuikou Hydropower Station will be provided with bulk cement for construction during the year. 7 Ten thousand tons. After the project is completed, 200,000 tons of bulk cement can be shipped each year, saving about 3 million yuan in packaging costs.
