我室自1982年7月至1991年12月31日,遗传咨询2326人,对其中1384例,进行外周血淋巴细胞培养染色体G带分析。检出异常107例,其中8例为世界首报,现报道如下。 资料和方法 1、资料的一般情况 检查对象来自咨询门诊及本院其它科住院患者。男性634人,女性750人,年龄最小为生后14小时,最大65岁,以生育年龄居多。 2、染色体检查指征 包括不良孕、育史夫妇(自然流产、死胎、死产、新生儿死亡或生育畸形/或低智儿史)、多发畸形或/和发育迟缓、闭经、智力低下、不孕、家系调查及其它。
