本文从生产实际出发,意在解决高温合金薄壁零件加工中的工艺问题。以发动机主要承力部件——高导机匣为研究对象,开展了旨在控制加工过程变形的加工工艺研究。从工艺路线、切削参数、加工方法等方面进行分析及试验研究,制定出合理的工艺路线,控制零件最终变形量。通过该课题的研究,掌握了控制高导机匣变形的加工方法,论文研究工作取得的成果为企业大型高温合金薄壁零件制造技术的提升打下良好的基础。
In this paper, starting from the actual production, intended to solve the processing of high-temperature alloy thin-walled parts of the process problems. Taking the main bearing component of the engine, high-lead casing as the research object, the research on the processing technology aimed at controlling the deformation of the machining process was carried out. From the process route, cutting parameters, processing methods and other aspects of analysis and experimental study to develop a reasonable process route, control the final deformation of the parts. Through the research of this subject, we have mastered the processing method of controlling the deformation of the high-lead box. The achievements made in the research work of this paper lay a good foundation for the improvement of manufacturing technology of large-sized high temperature alloy thin-wall parts.
