目的:将信息吸光度法用于构建秦艽指纹图谱。方法:以紫外-可见分光光度法在221nm~340nm波长范围内测定药材样品的吸光度,将每一个波长作为一个变量,后将数据转换,用信息理论作变量压缩,最后抽取11个最能反映药材特性的特征变量作为药材的特性,根据这些特征变量确定药材的信息吸光度指纹图谱。结果:从样品的相似性及聚类分析,结果与HPLC指纹图谱及形态学鉴定结果一致。结论:紫外可见分光光度法也可判断中药材的质量。
Objective: To use information absorption spectrophotometry to construct the fingerprints of Gentiana macrophylla. Methods: UV-Visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the absorbance of medicinal samples in the wavelength range of 221nm to 340nm. Each wavelength was used as a variable. The data was then converted, the information was used as a variable for compression, and finally 11 samples were used to best reflect the medicinal materials. The characteristics of the characteristics of variables as the characteristics of medicinal materials, according to these characteristic variables determine the information of the medicinal material absorbance fingerprint. Results: From the similarity and cluster analysis of the samples, the results were consistent with HPLC fingerprints and morphological identification. Conclusion: UV-visible spectrophotometry can also determine the quality of Chinese herbal medicines.
