超磁致伸缩材料(Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe1.95)是一种新型的功能材料,具有应变大、响应快、能量传输密度高等特点。本文介绍国产区域熔炼法制备的多晶超磁致伸缩材料主要特性参数的测量方法、结果,并将实测特性与国外同类材料特性进行了比较,表明国产材料具有较佳的性能;还介绍了采用该材料研制的电-气动伺服压力控制阀,给出了电-机械转换器静、动态特性曲线和电-气动伺服压力控制阀输出特性曲线。实验结果表明,研制的转换器具有好的频率响应特性,较宽的输出位移控制范围;压力阀的控制特性是满意的。
Giant magnetostrictive material (Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe1.95) is a new type of functional material with large strain, fast response and high energy transmission density. This paper introduces the measurement methods and results of the main characteristic parameters of the polycrystalline giant magnetostrictive material prepared by the domestic zone melting method, and compares the measured characteristics with the characteristics of similar foreign materials, which shows that the domestic material has better performance. The electro-pneumatic servo pressure control valve developed by this material gives the static and dynamic characteristics of the electro-mechanical converter and the output characteristics of the electro-pneumatic servo pressure control valve. The experimental results show that the developed converter has good frequency response and wide output displacement control range. The control characteristics of the pressure valve are satisfactory.
