经济全球化的实质是,世界各国的经济活动跨越疆界限制。而在全球蔓延与发展,表现形式是以生产、贸易、金融全球化为主线,以跨国公司为载体,以世界各地、各个领域为目标市场。“要么融入全球化、要么退出竞争”现已成为企业生存与发展的新思维。面对全球化的企业视角,准确把握机遇,分析人才在现代企业中的作用与地位,必须重点研讨如何建立以现代激励机制为基础的企业核心竞争力平台。
The essence of economic globalization is that the economic activities of various countries in the world cross borders. In the global spread and development, the manifestation takes the production, trade and financial globalization as the main lines, transnational corporations as the carrier, and markets around the world and in various fields. “Either into the globalization, or exit the competition” has now become a new thinking of business survival and development.
