西宁市西川水厂自1975年以来,利用脉冲池改造为4座斜管沉淀池(见图),运转效果提高1倍。单池水量为1.8~2万吨/日,综合表面负荷为5.7~6.3米~3/米~2·时,投加聚合氯化铝与高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(原水在80度以下不加)。该池采用跃水、孔板式水力混合,竖流隔板翻腾反应等进水稳流区同向流斜管布水补充反应,一整套完整的混合反应方式。几年来运转实践证明,反应效果明显,在低温低浊及该池所能通过的最大水量(2万吨/日)情况下,均能基本满足斜管沉淀对反应的要求。竖流隔板翻腾反应室是利用原脉冲池的
Xichuan Water Plant in Xining City has been transformed into four inclined tube sedimentation tanks (see figure) since 1975, and the operating effect has been doubled. The single pond water volume is 1.8 to 20,000 tons/day, and the combined surface loading is 5.7 to 6.3 meters to 3/meter~2*. Under the condition of low temperature, low turbidity, and the maximum amount of water that the tank can pass (20,000 tons/day), it can basically meet the requirements of the reaction of the inclined tube sedimentation.
