肝原发性鳞状细胞癌,极为罕见,国内尚未见有报道,兹将我组所见一例,报告如下。病例报告熊××,男,49岁,农民。因上腹胀痛十余天,发热廿余天入皖。患者76年4月中旬开始每天发热伴全身不适,疲乏无力,胃纳差,两肩关节及胸骨柄第二肋骨处疼痛。诊断为“胸骨柄和胸锁关节结核继发感染”。用中草药治疗。4月26日开始感上腹胀痛,针扎感,进食后疼痛加剧。既往有“黄疸型肝炎”史。体检:体温38.4℃,脉搏94次/分,血压100/80毫米汞柱,发育正常。营养差。心脏听诊未闻及杂音,两肺呼吸音减低。肝肿大,锁骨中线肋下3厘米,剑突下2.5厘米,上界第 Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the liver is extremely rare and has not been reported in the country.
