目的采用薄层色谱法鉴别黄芪、当归、何首乌,HPLC测定贫血丸(Ⅱ号)中橙皮苷的含量。方法采用InertexC18为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水-冰乙酸(35∶65∶1);检测波长为283nm;柱温为室温;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果参照中国药典2005年版一部陈皮项下含量限度计算,药品每克含陈皮以橙皮苷(C28H34O15)计,不得少于0.4mg。结论采用薄层色谱法和HPLC可以达到控制药品质量。
Objective To identify the contents of hesperidin in anemia pills (II) by HPLC using thin-layer chromatography to identify Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Polygoni Multiflori. Methods Inertex C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (35∶65∶1). The detection wavelength was 283 nm. The column temperature was room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The results were calculated according to the content limit of dried tangerine peel in the 2005 Pharmacopoeia of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The number of tangerine peels per gram contained hesperidin (C28H34O15) was not less than 0.4mg. Conclusion TLC and HPLC can be used to control drug quality.
