目的:分析河南产忍冬不同药用部位的挥发油成分。方法:采用固相微萃取法提取忍冬花蕾、叶和枝干中的挥发油,应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合保留指数法对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,并用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从河南产忍冬不同部位中共鉴定出85种成分,其中7种是3个部位共有成分。结论:本研究可为进一步开发利用忍冬资源提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile oil constituents of different medicinal parts of Lonicera japonica in Henan. METHODS: The volatile oil in flower buds, leaves and stems of Lonicera japonica was extracted by solid-phase microextraction. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with retention index method. Each area was determined by gas chromatography area normalization method. The relative percentage of ingredients. Results: A total of 85 components were identified from different parts of honeysuckle produced in Henan, of which 7 were common components in 3 parts. Conclusion: This study can provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Lonicera resources.
