新形势下师级医院如何做好科研管理工作的探讨

目的结合军队编制体制和国家科技体制深改,探讨新形势下我军师级医院科研管理工作要点。方法通过文献研究法,以及在结合实践基础上探讨新形势下师级医院科研管理工作。结果梳理出5个方面内容并进行探讨,强调更新科研管理组织体系、培养和引进科研管理人员,加强对科技人员的思想引导、强化医学科技创新手段、完善相关制度对医学科技创新工作的重要性。结论军队师级医院科研管理工作要时刻关注国家、军队科研管理政策导向和变化,迅速实现本单位政策的转换和调整。 Objective Combining with the organizational system of the armed forces and the deepening reform of the national science and technology system, this paper explores the key points of scientific research management in our military-level hospitals in the new situation. Methods Through the literature research method, and on the basis of combining practice, this paper discusses the research management of teachers’ hospitals in the new situation. The results combed out five aspects and discussed, emphasizing the renewal of scientific research management system, training and the introduction of scientific research managers, to strengthen the ideological guidance of scientific and technological personnel, strengthen medical science and technology innovation means to improve the relevant system on the importance of medical science and technology innovation . Conclusion The military scientific research management work in military-grade hospitals should always pay attention to the orientation and changes of the scientific research management policies of the state and the military and promptly realize the conversion and adjustment of its own policies.
