目的:研究成人腮腺的胚胎发生。方法:18例胚胎腮腺和6例成人腮腺HE、PAS染色进行形态学观察。免疫组化ABC法观察抗角蛋白、波形蛋白、胶原纤维酸性蛋白、肌动蛋白在组织中的表达。结果:15周的胚胎腮腺可见实性细胞团,17周时分支增多,20周时出现小叶轮廓,28周形态发育基本成熟。胚胎腮腺中4种蛋白均有表达,成人腮腺中角蛋白,胶原纤维酸性蛋白在导管有表达,肌动蛋白仅标记肌上皮,波形蛋白为阴性。结论:腮腺的形态发生伴随细胞功能的分化,胚胎期细胞较活跃,可能分化为成人腮腺的肌上皮细胞和部分导管基底细胞
Objective: To study the development of adult parotid gland. Methods: Eighteen cases of parotid gland and 6 cases of adult parotid gland were examined by HE and PAS staining. Immunohistochemical ABC method to observe the expression of anti-keratin, vimentin, collagen protein and actin in tissues. Results: The 15-week-old parotid gland showed solid cell mass, increased branches at 17 weeks, lobular contour at 20 weeks and morphological development at 28 weeks. Four proteins were expressed in the parotid gland. The expression of keratin and collagen fibers in the adult parotid gland was marked by catheters. The actin only labeled the myoepithelial and the vimentin was negative. CONCLUSIONS: The parotid gland morphogenesis is accompanied by the differentiation of cellular functions. The embryonic cells are more active and may differentiate into adult parotid myoepithelial cells and some ductal basal cells
