采用动物实验方法研究芦笋提取液及核桃仁的抗衰老作用,实验表明:芦笋提取液能显著抑制小鼠肝、脑组织中脂质过氧化物的生成(P<0.05及P<0.01);核桃仁可使小鼠血浆及脑组织中脂质过氧化物生成量明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异均有显著性;芦笋及核桃仁对红细胞超氧物歧化酶活力改变差异无显著性(P>0.05).
The anti-aging effects of asparagus extract and walnut were studied by animal experiments. The results showed that asparagus extract could significantly inhibit lipid peroxidation in liver and brain (P <0.05 and P <0. 01). The production of lipid peroxides in the plasma and brain tissue of mice was significantly decreased by the addition of walnut kernel (P <0.01), and the difference was significant compared with the control group. The effect of asparagus and walnut on the production of erythrocyte superoxide There was no significant difference in the activity of dismutase (P> 0.05).
