本文研究了三个大豆品种的叶形态解剖特征和光合作用速率的关系。田间生长的大豆叶片光合作用速率取决于叶厚度和单位叶面积栅栏细胞数目。哈79—9440和78—2两品种的叶片有接近相同的单位叶面积栅栏细胞数目,哈79—9440叶片较厚,光合作用速率较高。78—2和黑农8号有同样的叶厚度,两品种的光合作用速率由单位叶面积栅栏细胞数目决定。 光合作用速率在生育期中的变化与叶形态解剖特征的变化有关。栅栏组织厚度、栅栏细胞数目及栅栏细胞层数在叶片光合作用中起主要作用。
In this paper, the relationship between leaf morphological anatomy and photosynthetic rate of three soybean cultivars was studied. The rate of photosynthesis in field grown soybean leaves is dependent on leaf thickness and number of palisade cells per leaf area. Kazakhstan 79-9440 and 78-2 two varieties of leaves have the same number of cells per unit area of leaf cells, Kazakhstan 79-9440 thick leaves, photosynthesis rate higher. 78-2 and Blackon 8 had the same leaf thickness, and the photosynthetic rate of the two cultivars was determined by the number of palisade cells per leaf area. Changes in photosynthetic rate during growth period are related to changes in leaf anatomy. The thickness of palisade tissue, the number of palisade cells and the number of palisade cell layers played a major role in the photosynthesis of leaves.
