目的 探讨细胞周期调控因子 p2 7kip1、周期蛋白E(cyclinE)在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用及与临床病理特征的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术 (SP法 ) ,对 32例胰腺癌及癌旁组织中 p2 7kip1、cyclinE蛋白表达进行检测。结果 p2 7kip1蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为 5 6 2 5 % ,显著低于癌旁胰腺组织 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与胰腺癌组织分化程度与淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;cyclinE蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为 6 8.75 % ,显著高于癌旁胰腺组织 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并与胰腺癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移均相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 p2 7kip1、cyclinE可能与胰腺癌发生、发展密切相关。
Objective To investigate the roles of cell cycle regulators p2 7kip1 and cyclin E in the pathogenesis and progression of pancreatic cancer and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of p27kip1 and cyclinE protein in 32 cases of pancreatic cancer and adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The positive rate of p2 7kip1 protein in pancreatic carcinoma was 56.2%, which was significantly lower than that in adjacent noncancerous pancreatic tissues (P <0.05), and correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0 0) 5). The positive rate of cyclinE protein was 6 8.75% in pancreatic cancer tissues, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous pancreatic tissues (P <0.05), which was correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0 0) 5). Conclusion p2 7kip1 and cyclinE may be closely related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
