制作含人工缺陷的小型立式储罐,模拟实际工况,添加6种不同类别介质,找到不同条件下的声发射仪器所接受到的声波信号,判断声波传播路径,确定不同介质下的声速。并根据介质的特性拟合不同介质条件下沿介质传播的声速公式。同时,针对寻找不同性质缺陷所产生的声发射信号,进行参数特征分析。最终将研究成果在工程实践中予以应用,获得满意效果。
Produce small vertical tanks with artificial defects, simulate the actual working conditions, add six different types of media, find the acoustic signals received by the acoustic emission apparatus under different conditions, determine the propagation path of sound waves, and determine the sound velocity under different media. According to the characteristics of the medium, the velocity of sound along the medium under different conditions is fitted. At the same time, the parametric characteristics of acoustic emission signals generated by looking for defects of different nature are analyzed. Finally, the research results are applied in engineering practice to obtain satisfactory results.
