(一) 用瓦氏呼吸器观察了五种抗肿瘤药(氧化氮芥、溶肉瘤素、N-甲酰溶肉瘤素、FSPA及6-巰基嘌呤)对瘤細胞呼吸、有氧及无氧酵解的影响。同时观察了药物对吉田腹水肉瘤大鼠的疗效,并且討論了药物对代谢的影响与疗效間的相关問题。 (二) 氧化氮芥体外給药时对艾氏腹水癌細胞的呼吸有明显抑制作用,而对吉田腹水肉瘤細胞的呼吸及酵解皆无明显影响。 (三) 溶肉瘤素无論体内或体外給药对上述两种瘤细胞的呼吸及酵解皆无明显作用。N-甲酰溶肉瘤素与溶肉瘤素不同,体内一次給葯可显著促进吉田腹水肉瘤細胞的呼吸,而对酵解无明显影响。FSPA不論大剂量还是小剂量对瘤細胞的呼吸及有氧酵解皆无显著抑制作用,但大剂量时可显著抑制无氧酵解。 (四) 6-巯基嘌呤体内給药时显著抑制吉田腹水肉瘤細胞的无氧酵解,对呼吸及有氧酵解却无影响。

FSPA had no significant inhibitory effect on the respiration and aerobic fermentation of tumor cells in both high-dose and low-dose groups, but it could significantly inhibit anaerobic glycolysis at high dose. (D) 6-mercaptopurine significantly inhibited in vivo Yoshida ascites sarcoma cells in anaerobic glycolysis, no effect on respiration and aerobic glycolysis.
