随着我国经济形势不断提升,人们的物质生活水平和经济收入均得到提高,法律观念逐步增强,婚前财产公证在婚姻关系中逐渐得到重视。当前,由于离婚率走高,导致财产分配纠纷日益凸显,对于婚前财产在离婚后分配比例需要法律条款进行明确界定,这就要司法相关部门对婚前财产归属问题进一步完善。本文通过针对我国现有婚前财产公证的现状,探讨如何优化完善现有婚前财产公证制度。
With the continuous improvement of the economic situation in our country, people’s material and living standards and economic income have been raised, and their legal concepts have been gradually strengthened. Prenuptial property notarization has been gradually gaining prominence in the marriage. At present, due to the rising divorce rate, leading to increasingly prominent property distribution disputes, the pre-marital property distribution ratio after the divorce requires a clear definition of legal provisions, which requires the relevant departments of the judiciary to further improve the ownership of the property before marriage. This article aims at how to optimize and perfect the existing notary system of premarital property by aiming at the current status of the existing premarital property in our country.
