我今天要在这里谈海洋经济里一个微观的、更小的空间——水产。说水产很重要,为什么呢?第一,保障水产品供给是我国持续发展的刚性需求。地球上第70亿个人诞生后,我们发现有1/5的地方被占满,还有4/5的地方是海洋,所以世界的人口繁殖与自然的压力越来越突出,对占世界20%人口的中国,这个问题就变得更严重。走向海洋是人类未来的必然选择。海洋资源很多,但是生物资源是第一资源,吃饱是最重要的。
