目的 :探讨关键接触点管理在口腔肿瘤患者ICU健康教育中的应用效果。方法 :通过文献阅读、头脑风暴、患者访谈和专家咨询等方法构建关键接触点清单,对照组采用常规宣教方法,干预组采用关键接触点模式进行宣教。采用SPSS17.0软件包对数据进行非参数秩和检验。结果:口腔肿瘤患者的关键接触点清单包含11个项目,应用关键接触点管理后,患者的ICU健康教育满意度提高,对健康教育内容的掌握程度提高。结论:应用关键接触点管理模式对口腔肿瘤患者进行健康教育,有利于提高口腔肿瘤患者ICU满意度和健康教育质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of key contact point management in ICU health education for oral cancer patients. Methods: The list of key contact points was constructed through literature review, brainstorming, patient interview and expert consultation. The control group was trained by the conventional method, while the intervention group was taught by the key touch point model. SPSS17.0 software package for data non-parametric rank sum test. Results: The key contact list of oral cancer patients included 11 items. After key contact management was applied, the satisfaction of ICU health education was improved and the level of mastery of health education content was improved. Conclusion: The health education of patients with oral tumor using the key contact point management mode is beneficial to improve the ICU satisfaction and quality of health education in oral cancer patients.
