1 前言钢铁件在冷加工前进行磷化处理,形成润滑层,可避免冷加工出现表面应力和表面破裂,从而延长模具的使用寿命。目前,国内采用的锌系冷加工磷化液能耗大(处理温度为70~80℃),工效低,磷化后的冷加工只能进行一道冷拔,冷加工的收缩比为15%左右,槽液更换频繁。为了改变这种状况,研制了适用于冷加工的磷化工艺,其特点是磷化速度快,膜均匀,厚度适中。实用证明,用此磷化液磷化后,工件冷加工可连续进行二道,收缩比可达30%以上。2 工艺配方及主成分的作用
