[目的]探讨“自我导向学习策略”对国中7年级学生健康行为的影响。[方法]以准实验设计进行两组不同教学策略介入。[结果]在课程结束时,研究对象健康行为各向度不因教学策略而有所差异;在课程结束后2个月,自我导向学习策略在健康行为社会适能及情绪适能向度上显著优于传统教学,其它向度则不因教学策略而有所差异。[结论]性别是影响课程结束时健康行为身体适能与精神适能向度的因素。
[Objective] To explore the influence of “self-directed learning strategy” on the seventh grade students’ health behaviors in China. [Methods] With two groups of different teaching strategies involved in the quasi-experimental design. [Results] At the end of the course, the study group did not differ in the health behaviors from the teaching strategies. Two months after the end of the course, self-directed learning strategies were significant in the social fitness and emotional aptitude of health behaviors Better than traditional teaching, other dimensions are not different because of teaching strategies. [Conclusion] Gender is the factor that affects the physical fitness and mental fitness of health behaviors at the end of the course.
