The Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China (No. 22 of 1994) will come into force on January 1 next year. This is a major event in our economic life. It concludes that there is no “Labor Law” in the 45 years since the founding of our nation. The history marks a breakthrough in the construction of our labor law and has since stepped into a new phase.
