对316L不锈钢的镀铝层进行了热处理,并利用XRD、SEM、EDS分别对膜层进行了相结构、表面形貌、化学成分等分析,并测试了膜基结合力、抗热震性能。结果表明,热处理后膜层分为三层,中间层为Fe Al相,并呈现梯度特征;膜基结合力有较大提高,Fe Al层、Al层间的厚度越接近,膜基结合力越大;抗热震性能有较大改善,由于Fe Al具有较好的物理、力学性能,其结晶度越高,抗热震性能越好。
The aluminized layer of 316L stainless steel was heat-treated. The phase structure, surface morphology and chemical composition of the film were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS respectively. The bonding strength and thermal shock resistance of the film were tested. The results show that the film is divided into three layers after the heat treatment, the middle layer is Fe Al phase, and presents the gradient characteristics; the bonding strength of the film base is greatly increased; the closer the thickness of the Fe Al layer and the Al layer, Large; thermal shock resistance has greatly improved, due to Fe Al has good physical and mechanical properties, the higher the crystallinity, the better the thermal shock resistance.
