2014年12月16日,国家商务部、工信部等八部委,联合中国汽车流通协会就《汽车销售管理办法》(征求意见稿)有关条款进行共同商讨,商讨内容包括汽车销售仍采用品牌授权制度,但由一年一签改为五年一签,且对强制压库、搭售车型等行为进行约束。在此背景下,加上汽车经销商抱团叫板车企、拒绝提车等事件频发,汽车经销商的生存环境等问题再次被推上风口浪尖。众多汽车业内人士认为,汽车销售业的4S店模式生变、汽车超市崛起等趋势已悄然明朗。
