目的 探讨神经外科留置气囊导尿管患者并发症的护理方法并观察其护理效果.方法 对我院2008年7月至2011年11月的82例神经外科留置气囊导尿管并发症患者采用随机数字表法分为A组(常规护理方法组)和B组(强化护理干预组)各41例,分别接受不同的护理措施.将2组患者的并发症改善时间、满意度及护理前、护理后3,6d的SAS、SDS评分、治疗护理依从性、并发症预防知识掌握情况进行分析及比较.结果 B组的并发症改善时间短于A组,满意度高于A组.护理3,6d后B组的SAS、SDS评分、治疗护理依从性、并发症预防知识掌握情况均优于A组.结论 加强对神经外科留置气囊导尿管并发症患者的护理干预,能从生理及心理方面综合地改善其状态.
