前言在甲低症患者可见到来自骨骼肌的各种血清酶,特别是磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)的上升。血清CPK的上升,有从轻度到正常值数十倍以上高值的各种程度。由于甲状腺激素的经日补充疗法而使甲状腺机能正常化时,上升的血清CPK也下降。然而,关于甲状腺激素和血中CPK都很快正常化问题的研究,在日本仅有下田氏等的报告,此次作者得到甲低症患者的高CPK血症先于甲状腺激素正常化而成为正CPK血症的见解,故参考若干文献,报告如下。
Introduction The elevation of various serum enzymes from skeletal muscle, especially phosphocreatine kinase (CPK), is seen in patients with hypothyroidism. The rise of serum CPK, from mild to normal value of several times higher than the value of the various levels. As normalization of thyroid function due to thyroid hormone replacement therapy on a daily basis, elevated serum CPK also decreases. However, studies on the rapid normalization of thyroid hormones and CPK in blood have only been reported by Japan in Japan.
