常规思想政治教师继续教育存在着教育目标偏移、模式陈旧、动力不足等问题。思想政治教师应摒弃功利意识,建立强烈的社会责任感,树立终身学习理念,积极主动地参加继续教育。教育主管部门要致力于构造科学、合理的继续教育模式,结合教学实际设置层次化教学内容,采用多样化的教学模式,加强继续教育管理机制建设,形成科学的评价、激励、惩罚机制,以营造良好的学习氛围,充分调动学员的积极性和自觉性,促进思想政治教师团队素质提升。
