阴茎肉瘤罕见。透明细胞肉瘤也少见,它主要发生在四肢的肌腱和腱膜。我们报告一例发生在儿童阴茎的透明细胞肉瘤。一位中国男孩,十岁,因被其他男孩打伤,两侧结膜出血而入院。据称阴茎根部有生长缓慢的肿块已7个月,住院前一个月有排尿困难、耻骨上部膨胀不舒服,没有血尿或其他泌尿症状。检查发现膀胱膨胀到脐水平,在阴茎近端的三分之二处有一个坚硬、不规则肿块,大小8×4×3厘米。两侧腹股沟可触及可移动的小淋巴结。切取肿块活检,显示为“恶性肿瘤,可能是未分化肉瘤”。 Penile sarcoma is rare. Clear cell sarcoma is also rare, it occurs mainly in tendons and aponeurosis of the limbs. We report a clear cell sarcoma that occurred in a child’s penis. A Chinese boy, aged 10, was admitted to hospital because of injuries to other boys and conjunctival hemorrhage on both sides. It has been reported that there are slow-growing lumps in the roots of the penis for 7 months, and dysuria, uncomfortable swelling of the pubic bones, and no hematuria or other urinary symptoms have occurred one month prior to hospitalization. The bladder was found to have swelled to the level of the umbilicus. There was a hard, irregular mass at the proximal two-thirds of the penis, measuring 8 x 4 x 3 cm. Both sides of the groin can touch the small, movable lymph nodes. A biopsy of the mass was taken and it was shown as a “malignant tumor, possibly an undifferentiated sarcoma.”
