目的了解漳州市最近5年来无偿献血者一般情况的变化,以便相应改进宣传、招募、服务等无偿献血工作。方法利用奥斯邦管理软件系统对漳州市2010～2011年与2005～2006年无偿献血人群的年龄、性别、职业分布进行分析和对比。结果 5年间,漳州市18～25周岁献血者比例由49.49%(15 662/31 645)下降至27.50%(13 317/48 428),而36～45周岁献血者比例由18.45%(5 840/31 645)升至31.66%(15 331/48 428);男女性别比由1.42∶1(18 569/13 076)升至1.79∶1(31 070/17 358),其中18～25周岁献血者的男女性别比基本不变,由0.79∶1(6 912/8 750)变为0.81∶1(5 960/7 357),>25周岁的献血者的男女性别比由2.31∶1(11 154/4 829),变为2.43∶1(24 875/10 236);2010～2011年,在已明确的职业中,公司职员13.54%(6 558/48 428)、学生10.84%(5 246/48428)、自由职业10.25(4 965/48 428)、公务员7.06%(3 419/48 428)和工人6.80%(3 294/48 428)位列前5位,而2005～2006年排名前5位为学生22.69%(7 182/31 645)、公司职员16.59%(5 250/31 645)、工人10.36%(3 277/31 645)、自由职业9.18%(2 905/31 645)和公务员6.00%(1 899/31 645)。结论 5年来>25周岁献血者的比重明显增加,而随着年龄的增长,女性献血者的比重在下降,显示出漳州市固定献血者群体日益壮大、献血者日趋成熟。
Objective To understand the general changes of blood donors in Zhangzhou in the recent five years in order to improve the voluntary blood donation work such as propaganda, recruitment and service. Methods By using the software of Aosibang management system, we analyzed and compared the age, gender and occupational distribution of the blood donors in Zhangzhou from 2010 to 2011 and from 2005 to 2006. Results The proportion of blood donors aged 18-25 years in Zhangzhou decreased from 49.49% (15 662/31 645) to 27.50% (13 317/48 428) in 5 years, while the proportion of blood donors aged 36-45 years increased from 18.45% (5 840 / 31 646) to 31.66% (15 331/48 428); the male-to-female sex ratio rose from 1.42: 1 (18 569/13 076) to 1.79: 1 (31 070/17 358), of whom 18 to 25 years of age The sex ratio of men and women remained basically unchanged, from 0.79:1 (6912/8 750) to 0.81:1 (5960/7 357). The sex ratio of blood donors> 25 years old was increased from 2.31:1 (11 154/4 829) to 2.43: 1 (24 875/10 236). From 2010 to 2011, there were 13.54% (6 558/48 428) employees, 10.84% (5 246/48428) students, 10.25 (4 965/48 428) of freelance workers, 7.06% (3 419/48 428) of civil servants and 6.80% (3 294/48 428) of workers were among the top 5 students, while the top 5 students from 2005 to 2006 were 22.69 (7 182/31 645), 16.59% (5 250/31 645), 10.36% (3 277/31 645) of workers, 9.18% (2 905/31 645) of freelance workers and 6.00% of civil servants (1 899 / 31 645). Conclusions The proportion of blood donors> 25 years old increased significantly in 5 years. However, with the increase of age, the proportion of female blood donors declines, which shows that the population of fixed blood donors in Zhangzhou is getting bigger and the blood donors are maturing.
