犯罪现场勘查失误造成的不良后果现场勘查的组织、指挥不当,造成取证不全和破坏现场痕迹物证现场勘查的组织、指挥不当,容易造成无法挽回的后果。如多重指挥或指挥员本身对现场勘查业务不熟,没有相关的专业知识,缺乏大要案现场勘查指挥经验,没有根据现场的具体情况制定计划,组织时间仓促,指挥混乱,分工不明确。造成勘查不细,漏勘查,信息反馈不及时、不全面,对现场中的有些痕迹物证造成破坏,影响勘查的效率,也直接影响到案件的侦查工作进展。
