本试验研究无公害外源诱导物ZMZ对茶树新梢咖啡碱及其他生化成分含量的影响。将ZMZ稀释100倍、150倍、200倍分别喷施于茶树上,以喷施清水为对照,连续喷施3次,每次间隔3天,采摘鲜叶,测定其咖啡碱及其他生化成分含量。结果表明:与对照相比,稀释150倍、200倍的ZMZ,可使茶树新梢咖啡碱含量分别降低22.95%、21.86%,降低幅度达到显著水平;氨基酸含量分别提高71.72%、56.57%,茶多酚含量相对降低8.34%、35.67%,水浸出物含量降低了5.94%、23.11%。
In this study, we studied the effects of ZMZ, a non-polluting exogenous inducer, on the content of caffeine and other biochemical components in shoots of tea plants. The ZMZ diluted 100 times, 150 times, 200 times were sprayed on the tea tree to spraying water as a control, spraying 3 times a row, every 3 days, picking fresh leaves, determination of caffeine and other biochemical content. The results showed that compared with the control, diluted 150-fold and 200-fold ZMZ decreased the shoot cassia content by 22.95% and 21.86%, respectively, and reached the significant level. The content of amino acids increased by 71.72% and 56.57% The content of phenol decreased 8.34% and 35.67%, while the content of water extract reduced 5.94% and 23.11% respectively.
