建立了一种测定水环境中16种农药残留的反相高效液相色谱法。样品直接过C18固相萃取小柱富集浓缩,甲醇洗脱,采用高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。16种农药质量浓度在0.25~10mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9990~0.9999。在质量浓度0.05~0.3mg/L范围内,平均加标回收率在70.7%~112.2%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~12%。方法的检出限0.01~0.23mg/L。
A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of 16 pesticide residues in aquatic environment. The sample was directly concentrated on a C18 solid phase extraction cartridge and eluted with methanol. The sample was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (UV) detector and quantified by external standard method. The linear relationships of 16 kinds of pesticide concentrations in the range of 0.25-10 mg / L were obtained with the correlation coefficients of 0.9990-0.9999. The average recoveries ranged from 70.7% to 112.2% in the range of 0.05-0.3 mg / L with relative standard deviations of 1.6-12%. The detection limit of the method is 0.01 ~ 0.23mg / L.
