随着全球经济一体化,企业的竞争更多表现为知识与资本的竞争。人才无疑是企业的最宝贵的资源。归根到底,企业间的竞争实际是人才的竞争。面对当前企业的“人才争夺战”愈演愈烈,如何做好企业人力资源的管理和开发,关乎企业的生存与发展。本文以宁波电业局为例,结合所学知识,试从人力资源管理的角度,对当前本企业在人力资源管理中岗位管理、绩效管理、薪酬管理等方面存在的一些问题进行了初步分析和归纳,并对解决本单位在这些问题提出了相应的对策建议,以期企业的人力资源管理更趋完善,促进企业改革的成功。
With the global economic integration, the competition of enterprises is more manifested in the competition of knowledge and capital. Talent is undoubtedly the most valuable resource for an enterprise. In the final analysis, the competition among enterprises is actually the competition of talents. The face of the current enterprise “talent battle” intensified, how to do a good job of enterprise human resources management and development, related to the survival and development of enterprises. Taking Ningbo Electric Power Bureau as an example, combining the knowledge I learned, this paper attempts to make a preliminary analysis of some problems existing in current position management, performance management and compensation management in human resources management from the perspective of human resource management. Summarized, and to solve the unit in these issues put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve the management of human resources enterprises to promote the success of enterprise reform.
