(1991年1月9日林业部公布根据2011年1月25日国家林业局令第26号修改根据2015年4月30日国家林业局令第37号修改)第一条为保护、发展和合理利用野生动物资源,加强野生动物驯养繁殖管理工作,维护野生动物驯养繁殖单位和个人的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》第十七条规定,制定本办法。第二条从事驯养繁殖野生动物的单位和个人,必须取得《国家重点保护野生动物驯养繁殖许可证》(以下简称《驯养繁殖许可证》)。没有取得《驯养繁殖许可证》的单位和个人,不得从事野生
(Announcement from the Ministry of Forestry dated January 9, 1991, as amended by Decree No. 26 of the State Forestry Administration on January 25, 2011, as amended by Decree No. 37 of the State Forestry Administration on April 30, 2015) Article 1 Protection, Development and Rationality Make use of wildlife resources, strengthen wildlife domestication and reproduction management, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of wildlife domesticated reproduction units and individuals, and formulate these Measures according to Article 17 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Wild Animals. Article 2 The units and individuals engaged in the domestication and breeding of wild animals must obtain the “Domesticated and Reproduction Permits of National Key Protected Wild Animals” (hereinafter referred to as the “domesticated breeding licenses”). Units and individuals that have not obtained the domestication and breeding license shall not engage in wild activities
