目的:拓展训练是对传统学习模式的探索和发展,是一种学习模式的突破,而且符合当代大学生的个性特点。在大学体育教学中合理地运用拓展训练有助于提高教学质量和促进学生发展。方法:通过问卷调查法和数理统计法,调查拓展训练在大学体育教学中的运用情况,并用数理统计法对调查结果进行分析。结果:拓展训练的引入丰富和发展了大学体育课程体系,且对学生的心理素质和综合素质的提高有积极影响。结论:建议高校领导重视大学体育课堂引入拓展训练,加大对拓展训练培训场地、器材的投入。
Purpose: Expansion of training is the exploration and development of the traditional learning mode, which is a breakthrough in learning mode and in line with the personality characteristics of contemporary college students. It is helpful to improve the quality of teaching and promote the development of students through the reasonable use of expanding training in university physical education. Methods: Through questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, investigate the application of the extension training in university physical education, and analyze the survey results by mathematical statistics. Results: The introduction of outreach training enriched and developed the university physical education curriculum system, and positively influenced the improvement of students’ psychological quality and overall quality. Conclusion: It is suggested that university leaders attach great importance to the introduction of university physical education to expand training, increase the training of training sites to expand, equipment input.
