目的:探究细节护理在急诊危重患者转运交接管理中的应用效果。方法:以来湖州市妇幼保健院就医的110例急诊危重患者(2016年1月1日~11月30日)作为本次研究的观察对象,使用随机数字表法对110例急诊危重患者进行分组。在转运交接管理中,细节护理组55例患者应用常规护理+细节护理干预,常规护理组55例患者应用常规护理干预,研究比较细节护理组和常规护理组患者的交接时间、满意度评分及护理不良事件发生率。结果:细节护理组患者的满意度评分显著高于常规护理组患者(P<0.05),且细节护理组急诊危重患者的护理不良事件发生率显著低于常规护理组患者(P<0.05),但两组急诊危重患者的交接时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在转运交接管理中,对急诊危重患者采取细节护理干预,能显著降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度,且不会延长交接时间。
Objective: To explore the application of detail nursing in the management of emergency and critically ill patients. Methods: A total of 110 emergency critically ill patients (January 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016) who were admitted for medical treatment in Huzhou MCH hospital were selected as the observation subjects in this study. 110 emergency patients were divided into groups according to random number table. In the transfer and handover management, 55 patients in the detail nursing group were treated with routine care and detail nursing intervention. 55 patients in routine care group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The delivery time, satisfaction score and nursing of patients in detail nursing group and routine nursing group were compared Adverse event rate. Results: The satisfaction score of patients in detail nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group (P <0.05), and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events in patients in critical care emergency group was significantly lower than that in routine nursing group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the handover time between two emergency groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In the transfer and handover management, detailed nursing interventions for critically ill emergency patients can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing-related adverse events and improve patient satisfaction, and will not prolong the handover time.
