目前,大学生心理健康课程在民办本科高校普遍开设,并取得一定成效,但在实际教学中还存在针对性不强、有效性不高的问题。基于多年民办本科高校心理健康课程的教学经验、学生心理特点及校情,对民办本科高校心理健康课程的教学目标、教材与教学内容、教学方法、教学组织形式等方面进行反思,探讨有效提升民办本科高校心理健康课程教学的策略,切实提高民办本科生心理健康素质,促进我国民办本科教育事业的发展。
At present, the college students’ mental health course is widely established in private undergraduate colleges and universities and has achieved some results. However, there are still some problems in the actual teaching, such as weak pertinence and low effectiveness. Based on the teaching experiences of psychological health courses in private undergraduate colleges and universities for many years, students’ psychological characteristics and the school affair, the paper reviews the teaching objectives, teaching materials and teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching organization forms of mental health courses in private undergraduate colleges and universities, Undergraduate teaching strategies of mental health courses to effectively improve the psychological health of undergraduate private quality and promote the development of private undergraduate education in China.
