《食品安全法》规定食品生产经营用水应当符合国家规定的生活饮用水卫生标准。目前,我国包装饮用水按照食品管理。其相关标准规定,企业生产经营包装饮用水应当确保原料用水符合生活饮用水卫生标准,产品符合相应包装饮用水国家标准。因此,瓶装水产品标准无需再重复规定原料用水安全要求(即生活饮用水卫生标准)相关指标。国家食品安全风险评估中心对包装饮用水相关标准进行了梳理,现将有关情况简介如下:
