在全球化背景下对地方产业升级的研究不能仅从地方产业内部、企业本土战略和地方经济等微观层面来分析,而应该用全球或跨界的视域。文章以生产方式的变革和产业转移的趋势为出发点,阐释了价值链全球延展的轨迹,并以福建省制造业集群为例,分析了地方制造业集群嵌入全球价值链获得的发展机遇和影响因素,从中观层面提出了构建自主区域价值链、政策协同、优化创新环境等促进制造业转型升级的若干对策建议。
In the context of globalization, the research on the upgrading of local industries should not be analyzed only from the perspectives of local industries, local strategies of enterprises and local economies, but should be applied globally or across borders. Based on the change of production mode and the tendency of industrial transfer, this paper explains the global extension of value chain. Taking Fujian manufacturing cluster as an example, this paper analyzes the development opportunities and influencing factors of local manufacturing clusters embedded in global value chain , Put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to build an independent regional value chain, coordinate policies and optimize the environment for innovation so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
