由于半柔性道路材料兼有高强度和高韧性的特点,可用作旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青混凝土面层中的应力吸收层,用来解决出现反射裂缝的问题,因此,在泡沫沥青冷再生技术研究成果的基础上,根据半柔性道路材料的属性和反射裂缝产生的原理,研发了旧水泥混凝土路面加铺半柔性应力吸收层技术,专门用于防治路面反射裂缝,并结合湖州市318国道南浔段旧水泥混凝土路面改造工程的应用,取得了良好的实际效果。因此,旧水泥混凝土路面加铺半柔性应力吸收层技术能有效地防治反射裂缝的产生,延长道路使用寿命,具有广阔的工程应用价值。

Combining the 318 national highway Nanxun section of the old cement concrete pavement reconstruction project has achieved good practical results. Therefore, the addition of semi-flexible stress-absorbing layer technology to the old cement concrete pavement can effectively prevent the generation of reflection cracks and prolong the service life of the road, which has a wide range of engineering application value.
